How to request data deletion
If you have connected a Facebook Page, Instagram account, or other social media account to the Oneiro Digital platform and wish to request deletion of your data, you can do so in one of the following ways: (1) Email us directly at hello@oneiro.digital with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the name or ID of the account(s) you wish to disconnect and have deleted. (2) Revoke access directly via Facebook: go to your Facebook Settings, select Apps and Websites, locate the Oneiro Digital app, and remove it. This immediately revokes our access token. Then email us at hello@oneiro.digital to confirm you would like any retained data deleted.
What we delete
Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will: revoke and delete all access tokens associated with your account; delete any stored analytics, performance data, or content associated with your connected pages; remove your account from our platform records. We will complete deletion within 30 days of receiving a verified request and will confirm by email when the deletion is complete.
Data we cannot delete
We may retain certain records where required by law, for example financial transaction records related to a service agreement, for the period required by applicable law. Any such retained data will be kept securely and used only to fulfil legal obligations.
