Platform Terms of Service

Oneiro Digital Global Ltd. Last updated: 4 April 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Oneiro Digital social media management platform ("Platform"), operated by Oneiro Digital Global Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By authorising the Platform to connect to your social media accounts or by using the Platform in any capacity, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. What the Platform does

The Platform enables Oneiro Digital Global Ltd to manage, schedule, publish, and report on social media content on behalf of clients, using authorised API connections to third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook and Instagram). The Platform is used exclusively by Oneiro Digital and its authorised clients as part of agreed digital marketing services.

3. Authorised use

Access to the Platform is limited to Oneiro Digital personnel and clients who have a current service agreement in place. You must not share access credentials, attempt to access accounts or data beyond your authorised scope, use the Platform for any purpose not covered by your service agreement, or use the Platform in any way that violates applicable law or the terms of any connected third-party platform, including Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

4. Meta Platform compliance

Use of the Platform in connection with Meta products is subject to Meta's Platform Terms, available at developers.facebook.com/terms. By using the Platform to manage Facebook Pages or Instagram accounts, you confirm that you have the authority to grant Oneiro Digital access to those accounts and that doing so does not violate any applicable agreement or policy. You must not use the Platform in any way that would cause Oneiro Digital to breach Meta's Platform Terms.

5. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for: ensuring all content submitted for publication complies with applicable law and the policies of the relevant social media platform; maintaining accurate records of which accounts have been authorised for Platform access; promptly notifying Oneiro Digital of any suspected unauthorised access or security incident; and revoking Platform access via the relevant social media platform settings upon termination of their service agreement.

6. Intellectual property

All content submitted by clients for publication through the Platform remains the intellectual property of the client. Oneiro Digital claims no ownership over client content. Oneiro Digital retains all intellectual property rights in the Platform itself, including its design, functionality, and underlying technology.

7. Data handling

All data accessed through the Platform is handled in accordance with our Platform Privacy Policy, available at oneiro.digital/platform/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Oneiro Digital Global Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from: third-party platform outages, API changes, or policy updates; content published in accordance with client instructions; or any action or inaction of a connected third-party platform. Our total aggregate liability in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the fees paid by the relevant client in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Third-party platforms

The Platform connects to third-party services including Meta. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, terms, or conduct of any third-party platform. Changes to third-party platform APIs or policies may affect Platform functionality without notice. We will endeavour to communicate any material impact to affected clients promptly.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate Platform access upon written notice. Upon termination, all access tokens will be revoked, data will be deleted in accordance with our retention policy, and any outstanding obligations under the service agreement will be settled. Sections 6, 7, 8, and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory applicable law in the user's jurisdiction provides otherwise.

12. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active clients of any material changes.
