Oneiro Digital is a data analytics agency based in Nottinghamshire, built specifically for luxury and retail ecommerce brands that need more than surface-level reporting.

We started because we kept seeing the same problems: GA4 implementations full of holes, attribution that blamed the last click, and PPC spend wasted because no one had built a proper first-party data strategy. Brands were making significant budget decisions on data they could not trust.

Luxury and premium retail is a specific context that most agencies do not understand. High AOV means different economics, different consideration cycles, and different CRO principles. We built our practice around that reality.

As a digital analytics agency, we work across the full measurement stack: GA4 implementation, server-side tagging, consent mode, attribution modelling, and custom reporting. We connect that measurement work directly to paid media and conversion strategy, so every recommendation we make is traceable back to revenue.

We are a focused team of analytics consultants, paid media specialists, and CRO practitioners. We do not run large account teams or spread ourselves across dozens of industries. Our clients work with the same people throughout, and those people understand retail ecommerce at a level that generalist agencies simply do not.

Our founders have led data and growth work for some of Britain's most recognised retail brands, including Frasers Group and Belstaff. That experience shapes how we work: outcomes first, with the data infrastructure to prove it.

Matthew Hobson

Co-Founder

Matthew's career in data didn't start in a boardroom. It started on the shop floor of an independent fashion boutique. From there he joined Frasers Group, spending years embedded across some of Britain's biggest retail brands: Sports Direct, Flannels, House of Fraser, GAME and Evans Cycles. Stints at AXA and Belstaff followed, and somewhere along the way a genuine obsession with measurement, attribution and making data actually useful took hold.

At Oneiro Digital, he leads operations and client consultancy, working closely with brands to cut through the noise and focus on what moves the needle. Outside of work, the priorities are the gym, family, and Sheffield United.

Keeley arrived at the world of digital via a route most agency founders haven't taken: a dance degree, a Masters in Education, and a career in teaching. It turns out that combination of creativity, structure, and the ability to explain complex things clearly is enormously useful when running a business.

At Oneiro Digital, Keeley keeps the whole operation running smoothly, managing accounts, finances, and the day-to-day so that nothing falls through the cracks. When she's not doing that, she's training. Hard.
