Do you actually work in person, or is everything remote?
Both. Most of our delivery work is remote because it suits clients better, but we travel for kick-offs, workshops and quarterly reviews when it adds value. From our Worksop office we can be in Sheffield, Doncaster, Nottingham or Leeds inside an hour, and London inside three.
How does pricing compare to a London agency?
Generally lower for the same calibre of work. We do not carry the overhead of a Soho office or a top-heavy account management layer. The senior people who win the work are the same senior people who do the work.
Are you only interested in luxury and retail brands?
Most of our retainer work is with luxury and retail ecommerce, because that is where our deepest expertise sits. We also work with premium DTC, professional services brands with strong digital revenue, and B2B ecommerce. If your numbers run into proper revenue and you care about measurement, we are interested.
How quickly can we start?
