Do I need a formal agreement in place before I refer someone?
No. You can make an introduction at any time. The formal partnership agreement is only needed once a client signs — at which point we send it to you automatically before any money changes hands.
When exactly do I get paid?
Initial commission is paid within 30 days of us receiving cleared funds from the client. Monthly commission is paid the following calendar month, and continues every month for 12 months from the client start date.
Can I refer more than one client?
Yes, with no limit. Each referral is tracked separately and commissions stack independently. There is no cap.
What if the client does not proceed after the intro?
No commission is payable unless the client signs a contract and pays a deposit. If they do not proceed, there is nothing owed either way.
Does the 5% monthly commission apply to any retainer increase?
Commission is calculated on the initial retainer value agreed at contract stage. If the retainer grows during the 12-month period, we review commission on the uplift at our discretion and will always be transparent about it.
What sectors and brands do you work best with?
Luxury and premium ecommerce is our core focus — fashion, beauty, homeware, jewellery, and watches. We also work with high-AOV DTC brands and Shopify Plus retailers outside the luxury sector.
